Staying Active

Even when we're not at school and can't go out onto the playground for the daily mile, it's really important to stay active!

Here are some links to Joe Wicks Primary workouts - why not have a go! They are short exercise videos to copy and get moving! Try doing at least one a day to stay active!

Joe Wicks is also doing a LIVE 'P.E with Joe' Monday to Friday at 9am on his youtube channel - The Body Coach TV.

Why not have a go at coming up with your own Joe Wicks work out? Think of some moves (just like we have done before in PE) and then time yourself! See how many times you can do them! The aim is to get your heart beating faster!!

Or, as we know many of you LOVE doing these, why not put on some supermovers videos? The solar system supermovers video is definitely a favourite in Year 5!
