Ofsted Inspection November 2014

Werrington Primary School

Ofsted Inspection November 2014

Ofsted say Werrington Primary School is a Good school with outstanding safeguarding procedures, where teaching is good because pupils are motivated to learn and where strong relationships exist between staff and the pupils they teach.

We are delighted that Ofsted agreed with our own self evaluation and found many great areas of strength at WPS.  Of particular note we were delighted that they recognised the effective leadership and management, good teaching and learning, outstanding safeguarding and motivated learners who achieve very well compared to their peers nationally. They recognised pupils make good progress across the school resulting in good achievement overall.  Support for disabled pupils and those who have special educational needs is well organised and very effective.

Well done everyone.
